[Feature]

Let actor get set bonus effect when equip special weapon and armor.
For example, get 15 attack bouns when equip weapon 1 and armor 2,3,4
or get 30 defense bonus when equip weapon 5 and armor 4.

Bonus effect is a weapon/armor with etypeId is 'Bouns Slot' plus one.
In default, Bonus effect is setting in armors. But can setting in weapon when 'Bonus Type' is weapon.
